Vegetables Chicken Soup

Ingredients:

10g chicken breast meat
dash of salt
dash of corn starch
15g vegetables
10g potato

Method:

  1. Minced chicken, mix well with salt and corn starch.
  2. Cut vegetables into small section. Dice potato and soak in cold water.
  3. Bring half a pot of water to a boil. Add chicken, vegetables, potato and cook till soft.
  4. Season with little salt and serve.



Tips and info:
  • Leafy veggies usually contain sand and dirt, so make sure they are well washed in case the baby gets stomach upsets after eating.
  • Various fresh veggies can be used to make vegetables stock for the soup.
  • This soup is also suitable for toddlers at the age of 9 to 12 months.
